Bobby:

Some people (the elderly and those with Intestinal damage from Celiac

disease) CANNOT absorb the Amino Acids in the meat in their diets SO it is

best to take them either in powdered Protein drinks OR in a supplement form.

I take Max-Amino caps by Country Life as suggested by a well publlished

naturapath. He suggested these amino acids for support for especially

seniors that might need the extra strength. That does not keep me from

eating my sardines, turkey, and salmon though. Doug
