Duncan:

You paint a pretty picture of HOW you think (or what you've read) about

these two things above and you can't seem to understand that SOME PEOPLE

actually react badly to it.

In my case I got VERY SICK (in the gut) from taking a Probiotic that

contained FOS. SO I must have a PARTICULAR BACTERIA that LOVES IT and EATS

IT.

So I avoid it, no matter how good you make it look.
