Before Pregnenolone is made into Progesterone (if you need it), it is first

made into 17a-OH Progesterone. From private studies we know that Preg.

USUALLY goes to Cortisol first, IF you're deficient.

Not me that said that, by the way.

Preg is the first step that I am going to try, to RAISE my Cortisol. If that

doesn't work then it will be Progesterone+Cortef.

Bonnie, if progesterone is adequate the pregnenolone is made instead into

something else, so will not overwhelm anything. This is the nature of giving

a building block, so that point is moot.
