Guest guest
Hi Guys: Adrenal fatigue can affect your body temperatures and this is one of the limitations of checking thyroid only by temperature. With low Adrenal output you won't have the same ability to maintain proper blood sugar control. And likely when your blood sugar drops you'll feel cold. With some people at least. Also low Cortisol (unexplained fatigue during the day) can affect your conversion of inactive T4 to active T3 and also the uptake of T3 into your cells. Also without adequate T3 you'll tend to be cold. Bonnie
