I'm glad you, too, have a sense of humor through all this, as my husband is the one suffering my heart goes out to everyone..the only pain I feel is in my heart knowing there's not much i can do but just be there......... This is only the second time I have responded to this group and I don't think it went through before. Anyway, my heart goes out to all of you who have PA. I just turned 50. I have had P since I was about 32 and P since I was about 38. I have it all over. My P is covered by my clothes and as long as I take the MTX (25 mg) it is relatively under control except the nails....toenails much worse than fingernails. The PA got so bad about 3 years ago, I ended up retiring from my job and I am now on social security. I was real lucky at my hearing as I got a good judge who knew a lot about PA. In fact, she knew more than most doctors. Someone please let me know if this message came through. I would like very much to correspond with all of you.
