Hi Bonnie; yes I've done ozone therapy for nine years. No, I don't call for

NADH, but vitamin b complex and yeast, meat, poultry, liver, fish, nuts, and

green vegetables, should be part of your diet. Poultry also contains tryptophan,

which can also be converted to NAD+

all good,

Bonnie, I mean one should be aware that brewers or bakers yeast (saccharomyces)

is a high vitamin B and protein nutrient-dense superfood, and live saccharomyces

is used in many anti-candida probiotics because it outcompetes candida in the

gut. Google it for nutrient analysis etc.

Duncan, so this Saccharomyces Boulardii that I take in a supplement form

would NOT be good if I'm allergic to brewer's yeast? Bonnie

Duncan, are you saying that the body must make Keoglutarate from an Amino

Acid, but you don't know which one?

Bonnie, ketoglutarate is a form, the tail end of another molecule, sometimes

an amino acid.

Bonnie, I'm saying try a google search on (ketoglutarate OR ketoglucarate):

<http://www.google.com/search?client=aff-cs-worldbrowser & forid=1 & ie=utf-8 & oe=UTF\

-8 & q=ketogutarate+OR+ketoglucarate>

....at the bottom of the first page there are more prewritten Google searches.

all good,

That is the main reason I discontinued my views of health for the last months.

I am still here. I will be back more next week. Been getting myself ready for

the summer full of talks here on the east coast.

The energy has already shifted and the air lightened, Thank you!

Hi to All,

I am with Nieema on this. I am new to the group, but have felt no one could give

his/ her opinion because we were all wrong. Only Duncan was right, it was his

forum. I gave a few suggestions but felt " runned over " by his comments... What

Ive suggested is what my Dr. has taught me, and has worked well for me. So his

comments have not been 100% right, like some of you think. With him, I just read

and read feeling unsure to post anything....

Greetings to all

FYI, I noticed Duncan is still on this group:

Coconut Oil

Duncan

Like many I have been on this list for some considerable time. One of the

most valuable and helpful contributors has been Duncan, without any doubt

whatsoever. I have not really noticed him trying to sell (others certainly

have tried to sell!) but he can be a little too blunt and controversial at

times for some people. It is a pity some people are so sensitive to this

but then we have to remember that by definition those on this group are

unwell on the whole (except those, like Duncan, who offer their advice for

free) and therefore perhaps ultra sensitive.

I see the loss of Duncan as a significant loss to the group and those who

join from now. It is a pity we couldn't understand and accept his

character. We should remember it takes two (at least) to create an

argument.

Duncan, if you read this, many, many thanks for all your help, advise and

sensible suggestions.

Regards

Terry

Thanks Duncan I will check that out. I have been mostly on bee's anticandida

diet since April. I'll take a look at the link you suggested.

Bee's anti-candida diet doesn't allow inulin, undenatured whey or some

supplements such as potassium that can be prominent in a candida cure. Several

of her discussion group members who had been on her diet for two years got

better after they stopped taking her advice. I think a few of them are in this

group and several are in the candidiasis group. The moderator of candidiasis and

several others take exception to some of her more harmful advice; I saved some

of their comments to my feedback page.

Bee's other problem is that she doesn't change her advice or diet even in the

face of new information. But the drink isn't too bad.
