I think that if probiotics are low, the correspondingly greater number of

pathogens established on and in the older lining are better shoughed off anyway,

don't you?

Leaves room for fresh colonisation by probiotics, wich at that point you would

be taking WITH the psyllium, inulin, clay and whatever.

By the way, that is a very old anti-fiber comment she tossed off; though old

skuel wisdom sought to " soften " the diet vs. the bowel wall, nowadays, fibrous

foods are recommended for bowel health.
