I'll look into the ozone therapy.  That's very interesting.

Also just wanted to throw out what an M.D. mentioned to me that actually helped:

he said I didn't breathe enough!  At first I thought, that's dumb, but then I

noticed that he was right!  I take little, shallow breaths.  I guess this is

common under stress and also in PTSD people.

When I remember to breathe deeply, I do have more energy and feel calmer.  So

when people say, just breathe, it's not just a meaningless phrase.

Doug, I'm thinking oxygen deficiency. Toxin load produces tiredness through

energy burden of cellular processes. The outcome is less action thruogh the cell

walls, less oxygen delivery, less toxin release, and less mitochondrial energy

produced by the cells. Lack of energy is likely to be the tiredness you feel.

A brilliant article, The Electrical Properties Of Cancer Cells by Dr.

Haltiwanger, is here:

Of note, toxin load resulting in cell suffocation is a precancerous condition.

Poor man's ozone therapy will bring up oxygen levels; you can get intravenous

peroxide or ozone therapy from a naturopath, or steam saunas from anybody with

an ozone steam sauna. It will help and it's a great prevention for a lot of

things; ozone has been used to treat more than 200 diseases.

A hard bodied steam sauna and ozone generator is about $6,000 US.

all good,

Duncan

is, for those with typical die off tiredness are there a few more adjectives you

could add that would make me more certain whether the tiredness I am feeling is

die off or something else. For instance is it usually more sleepiness, fatigue,

or specifically how would you describe your die off feeling? Thanx, Doug
