I have told all persons on this group about the need to be respectful.

If it seems I ovelook Wil it might be because he has come a very long way and

has changed much of the way he speaks to people. Him saying, " if you had read

my books " is something I would tell anyone also...how can you know what I am

speaking of if you have not seen where I come from. The books are there for all

to read...for free.

Wil did not need to say keep you in check because you spoke of that a very

long time ago regarding the need for all to keep each other in check.

This group seems to think that threatening to leave or to stop talking to others

or what ever you think is the way to get along here.

My decision to have Diane cool off was not up for debate...and certainly not on

the list!

As I said, you'll watch the way you speak with me...I do not get paid to do

this...and if I were getting paid, I will still ask for the respect needed as

the moderator of this group.

I WILL NOT BE NOR WILL I ALLOW THIS LIST TO BE HELD HOSTAGE IN THE MANNER THAT

HAS TAKEN PLACE THESE LAST FEW POSTS!!! IF YOU FEEL THE NEED TO LEAVE DO SO.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CONTINUE TO SHARE...PLEASE DO SO...IF YOU WANT A MORE CLEAR

's post should be looked at and studied for the way in which to phrase

things. I am not saying you need to be just like her...just more on point not

bashing. I mean she even told Wil and how, at times she does not like how

they are...but she said it in such a way that it is not hard to swallow!

I know we are all working toward balance and many are off balance...so if your

wish is to help...please be kinder to each other so the new, and old will not

get tired of the hostage holding and such.

And for information to all, Wil will call me and ask if there was something he

said as a way to correct how he comes across and has apologized many times for

causing...yes, I said causing a problem.

So, I am not siding with Wil, I am working with him for his balance here on the

list. I will work with anyone...just as I tried to work with Diane and many

others that can tell you them selves if they want to!
