ever want to be 200 pounds again. :( I think I gained weight in the past just

because I used to overeat... so your body retraces even that? I never took any

sort of hormone therapy or birth control.

+++Hi Dana. I haven't known anyone who gained back their heaviest weight.

because I've been gaining weight. However, I am finding out that I still feel

the urge to eat late at night, and I binge (I eat lots of animal proteins and

some nuts). I eat fewer carbs than what I am supposed to eat according to the

any lemons, so I can't have the electroylte drink to curb my cravings.

+++Hi ,

You can feel hunger until your body switches over from running on carbs/glucose

to running on fats, which takes time and patience.

Have you had any weight issues at any time in your life before starting on this

program?

Hi Helene,

I'm not really long on the diet myself, but when I figured out my protein amount

I realized that 70gram is not really that much.

Not really anything to binge on, haha!

I'm sure if You stick with the ratios You will normalize Your weight.

+++Hi Pia,

Please ensure you are not translating 70 grams of protein into any kind of

quantity of proteins to consume since it doesn't work that way. Go to

www.fitday.com and enter your foods, so you can determine the amount of any

foods you need to consume to meet the gram ratios.

Hi all,

In 2 months on this diet I have lost 16 lbs. I'm becoming underweight. I

really need to gain weight. Does anyone know of any supplements that are

candida friendly to help me gain weight?

Thanks

I've been doing the healthy eating program by Dr. Fuhrman in Eat to Live (see

his website).  He says basically any extra fat we have is toxic & the goal is

(for women) 95 lbs. for 5' & an extra 4 lbs each inch.  That means I'm 20 lbs

overweight!  Ugh!  My goal is to eat healthy.  period.  That will resolve

lots of things.  I also want to read his other books, Eat for Health & Fasting

& Eating for Health.  I'm not sure what you weigh, but you just might be

alright in his book!

I thought I was going to be underweight too, but it turns out mathematically I

am fine- I lost 25 pounds (in addition to the 20 of babyweight post birth)all

this in just 3-4 months! I just kept bottoming out, but I don't think it is

possible to lose TOO much weight on this diet- it's all natural stuff, and our

body knows what weight is good, from what I can tell- but if you are concerned

you don't have enough fat in your diet- make sure to consume your animal

products- milk, eggs, meat... it'll keep your fat intake up, but you will be

using it. The carbs have probably just been sitting on your body waiting to

disappear, and now they are!

Wil- forgive me if I am saying something wrong here!!! :0)

I am losing weight as well, and was starting to get concerned. I have lost 6

pounds in 3 weeks. Is that a lot? My diet has changed so significantly, and I

believe that maybe the Glutamine I am taking for leaky gut may be creating a

weight loss problem as well.

I do not feel bad, but thinking maybe I need to re-introduce some more protein

in my diet. There are days when I only eat protein in the morning, and veggies

for the rest of the day.

Any feedback would be helpful.

Kind Regards,

Carolyn

Have you ever considered the body is getting rid of the unhealthy tissues and

your body does not have the ability to rebuild and heal from what ever you are

eating.

I would start by looking at the health of your GI tract and Endocrine system for

starters. Just taking a supplement to make your body gain weight is not the

answer in my book and not very smart if you are looking for a sustainable long

term healthy answer.

I have had clients go down to skin and bone before the body starts to regain.

The next thing to look at would be what you are eating. Is it really nourishing

you? Are you able to use it to nourish you?

Just by reading you words, daisytiff, you are sounding very out of sorts.

Why would you feel you are dying?

Our weight is designed to fluctuate to our situation. Maybe you body is getting

healthy enough to shed the unwanted and toxic cellulite and what ever other

tissues? Maybe your Thyroid is out of wack?

There are so many things that could potentially be going on it is really hard to

give you any solid advise here.

I don't feel like I'm dying lol... I meant I feel like I'm withering away

because Im losing so much weight. I feel like a feather, very light. My thyroid

is slightly underactive, I'm taking meds for it. Like I said Ive gone down to 86

lbs so Im getting worried. I eat a lot of meat and veggies, I eat as much as I

can. For some reason my body was always like this, I could lose weight soooo

easily it's crazy. Im trying to stop it but I dont know what to do, Im eating as

much as I can. But before this diet, I used to have to eat a lot more fattening

things just to maintain it.
