about a month ago i had a bad itchy rash under my breast also, ended up going to

kaiser after trying coconut oil and tea tree oil (ouch!). i used an otc anti

itch cream (lanacane) the first nite i had it. the kaiser doc prescribed

nystatin powder to use twice daily. it healed it very quickly. i still use it

every few days, alternating with another body powder.

in general i've found coconut oil and/or tea tree oil help with itching to some

extent. i've also learned to try to ignore itching on some parts of my body

because if i scratch it just makes it way worse. easier said than done of

course!

good luck, susan

at night and subsides around 2 AM. I have read some old posts, and I suspect

that as Wil, Duncan and suggested, this process reflects the movement of

the fungus outward toward the skin. It makes sense because I have been on

anti-fungals for a month. I took my last dose of Nizoral a day ago, and started

Nystatin yesterday. It also makes sense that I have a tremendous toxic overload

that is not being excreted to match the generation of toxins.

Yes, any form of fungus on skin respond to topical therapy but only temporary.

Try to get the area dry. I believe the strongest natural antifungal for topic

use is Oregano Oil. GSE can also give gut results. The oregano oil must be

diluted in some baby oil to avoid burning on the skin. GSE also need to be

diluted in water. There are many things like violet gentian, tea tree oil,

coconot oil, c. silver, sodium bicarbonate, boric acid, etc.

ok, I have a confession, I decided that today would be my day to wean off of the

diet- until I read this subject title- I thought the itching under my breast

was my imagination, now I know it's not and I have to be more strict than ever-

may I ask how long this itching has taken place?

I believe the itching to be the result of your liver's activity (its greatest

activity is from 1 am to 3 am per TCM rules). As it is attempting to deal with

detoxification, there being too much to do, it pushes toxins out to the

lymphatic fluids and therefore to the skin.

The only logical pathway to success I would see is liver cleansing and SBO

supplementation for the intestinal revival.

So that would also mean using zeolite to try and mop up any heavy metal toxins

that are challenging the liver.

Rash there is most likely topical infection, and as I suggested to Carolyn,

ozonated olive oil kills any surface bloom without exception.

all good,

Duncan

Hi ,

Thanks for your response.

I am really confused regarding the itching that I have. It is not constant. It

is not daily. I can go for days and nothing happens. I noticed the area was red,

as if inflamed. I applied a mixture of Neem Oil, Oregano Oil and Olive Oil (my

own concoction). It felt better afterwards. The one thing that made the redness

and itching disappear was Benadryl ointment. So, I am not sure what's the deal.

I am doing the Flor-Essence Gentle Detox (have been doing that for months). I am

taking Milk Thistle as well. I might inquire into the Renew Life Liver Detox to

see if my liver needs additional support. I stopped the anti-fungals to give my

liver a rest. That might contribute to the infrequent itching.....but when it

itches, it is very annoying.

Again, thanks so very much for your wise words and support.

Kind Regards,

Carolyn

Carolyn, do you take bentonite clay?  It's supposed to absorb die-off toxins

and I do think it helps.  I saw an improvement in my skin problems when I

started it.   Also hot baths or saunas help.  Oh, and a naturopath suggested

putting baking soda in the bath water...I add both epsom salts and baking soda,

not a whole lot, and this definitely helps excrete toxins for me.   I notice

it right away.
