Guest guest
Duncan: I guess my difficulties with Whey came from the fact that I'm having a problem (yes another one) with Simple Sugars, so with your unlimited knowledge about Whey, can you tell me if it contains Fructose, Glucose, Lactose or any of the OSE's)? Does it also contain Disaccharides, Monosaccharides or Polysaccharides or any of the IDE's? It's these sugars that are keeping me from OVERCOMING whatever the hell is growing down there. So a word from you would be appreciated. Thanks, Bonnie
Guest guest
Yes, Bonnie, whey concentrates generally contain sugars, and whey isolates generally do not. All told, there might be about a gram of various sugars in 1 scoop of whey concentrate; the label will tell you as a carbohydrate listing, which includes added starchess if any. I know you have a problem with simple sugars; these sugars (and other carbohydrates) occur in many foods that you have to avoid in an anti-candida diet. all good, Duncan > > Duncan: > > I guess my difficulties with Whey came from the fact that I'm having a > problem (yes another one) with Simple Sugars, so with your unlimited > knowledge about Whey, can you tell me if it contains Fructose, Glucose, > Lactose or any of the OSE's)? > > Does it also contain Disaccharides, Monosaccharides or Polysaccharides or > any of the IDE's? > > It's these sugars that are keeping me from OVERCOMING whatever the hell is > growing down there. > > So a word from you would be appreciated. > > Thanks, > Bonnie > > >
