Guest guest
, Whenever I ingest something that doesn't agree with me, I seem to get hot and clammy. I also notice my pulse rate increasing. That might be leaky gut, but I believe it is a sign of food intolerance and/or sensitivity. There is a theory that you can test your sensitivity to a food by checking your pulse rate prior (and after)eating a suspected offender. I will provide you with that link so that I can share all of the details. So far, I haven't any clue about it. If the things continue in this way, I will have to follow a hypoallergenic diet for a week and do an elimination test. My main symptoms is stomach loud noises after eating. They look like gases moving inside the intestines. Not sure if it is food intolerance or any other thing. I don't find the gurgling associated to any kind of food. Any help could be great. > Thanks, > >

Guest guest
WOW! You are right. Thanks for the information. I just know that I seem to get this increased pulse rate and hot feeling when I eat something that does not agree. Carolyn > > > > Here you go. > > > > ...here's the link. Guest guest
Thank you. That's funny a little. " have to fess up to my friends that it was me " . :-) Needed that little comic relief. Yes, I do get gassy and mostly hot with increased pulse rate. I think I over did the grains, so am cutting back on those as well.
