I am just saying I do not like no-fat/low-fat products, period. Full fat

dairy is my personal preference. Real cream when I can get it (I only

That is my problem. The local store sometimes has some, but not always

and not much.

Have you tested the reflux? I ask because I had severe reflux, but it

turned out to be from lack of stomach acid, not too much.

My understanding is any meat except fish raises

I can only speak for myself. I eat a lot of meat, pork and good beef,

and my CRP is ok, but the only CRP test I can get is the cardiac

specific one, so maybe that doesn't count.
