The more I study this diet the more I can see people getting stressed about what

they should or shouldn't eat. What anti-fungals they should or should not take,

or this and that. I've been on the diet for about 3 months now, and have been

feeling a lot better. My biggest issues are severe constipation, back pain and

urinary issues. The more I read about Candida the more I realize that everyone

is different. Everyone has different sensitivities or allergies. There is no

specific diet that is perfect for every certain individual. For instance, I'm

extremely sensitive to Sulfur. Supposedly Onions, and Garlic are really

important anti-fungals, but also very high in Sulfur. I have leaky gut, and I

quit with my intake of both a month ago, and I feel extremely better. Many

advise Eggs. Well none for me, because they are also high in Sulfur. I've

recently read about some individuals eating grains, like Brown Rice, Quinoa,

Buckwheat, but not being able to eat certain vegetables. So what gives? I don't

know. Some say you can eat Carrots....and some say it's a no no. Why not just

eat less of that specific food?(Carrots, Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes.) Some say

we'll you need a specific amount of Carbs a day. We'll if that's the case (Let's

say you allowed 50 Carbs a day) Could I eat nothing but Carrots(Cooked of

course) as long as I don't reach the Carb amount for a day? I wanted to try

eating A sunshine garden burger(14 grams of Carbs)but was too scared to eat it

because of the small amount of Brown Rice, and carrots in the ingredients. I'm a

31 year old male at 6'00 feet tall who weighs 123 pounds.Nothing but bones.

I've been determined to get through this, so I haven't cheated . I've seen

progress, but I really and strongly believe to conquer it, we all have to take

different steps and precautions in our diet.I'm sensitive to just about

everything, especially Sulfur,Mold,Dairy, and chemicals . I thought I would try

Ghee a little over a month ago, and I felt extremely weak almost instantly. I

recently have added L-glutamine, Selenium, Molybdenum,Magnesium, and Aloe Vera

into to my supplements, and have noticed a big difference in my pains, though

the constipation is still a big issue.

I've noticed hundreds of sites out there now. All different methods and makes

one think...is this for real? Many are trying to help, and others just seem to

want to help out there sponsors or want $$$$.Some people say they've conquered

Candida and still ate Fruit....though small portions while on the diet. When it

comes down to it, I believe strongly that it is all about trial and error.

ARRRRRRGHGHH!!!! Patience...Patience....Patience...
