Guest guest
From all I have read about apple cider vinegar, it should be a very helpful thing to take. However I get extreme nausea after taking even a small amount in water. Does this mean I have an over acidic stomach or under acidic stomach? Very curious to know if anyone else has experienced this. Thankyou. Lorraine. >I have Bragg's raw, unfiltered, organic ACV. No where on the label > does it state any sugar content. It just says " Certified Bragg > Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar is unfiltered, untreated, > unpasteurized and 5% acidity. Guest guest
I have taken the apple cider vinegar, the exact one mentioned. I can not take it due to nausea. It makes me wake to yuk yuk. It is very strong and it can increase the acid in your stomach. I would think it means your normal, but that is just me. :-) > > From all I have read about apple cider vinegar, it should be a very helpful > thing to take. Guest guest
Lorraine, out of 1000 people with stomach acidity issues, only one or two will have overacidity, so the odds are really with you that it's underacidity. Try 4-5 caps of betaine HCl with a light lunch. Duncan > > From all I have read about apple cider vinegar, it should be a very helpful > thing to take.
