Guest guest Posted March 19, 2009 Report Share Posted March 19, 2009 Hello, I took two very simple yet amazing points away from his book and CD to combine with my own research, the need for continual liver cleansing and the amazing benefits of Omega-3 oils. As your body eliminates waste from the blood and lymphatic system through the liver the liver continually gets congested. I have done a few flushes in the past, but continual flushing is really having very promising results for me. As long as you have a health issue and your body is trying to eliminate poisons or bugs from your body your liver is going to get congested - period. I liken the liver to a tar pit, as bugs and poisons pass through it they become trapped in gooey bile and the bile grows around these foreign items to form liver stones until they are large enough to be expelled by the system and not digested by the colon. However, our low fat diets keep the liver from naturally contracting and expelling these pellets when they are small, and eventually become too large to expel without a cleanse. It's not easy, but worth it. Next are Omega-3 oils. Omega-3 oils facilitate the transport of calcium to the cells. Calcium facilitates the oxygenation of the cells and the system. Additionally, some viruses force calcium out of the cell as they enter the cell and viruses cannot live in an oxygenated environment. Can you see a connection here? Research by Dr. Budwig indicates that Omega-3 oils MUST be combined with a sulfur substance like yogurt or cottage cheese to make them water soluble and more efficiently absorbed by the body. I take the following with a good calcium supplement each morning. Do not take at night as it will keep you awake - it is oxygenating and feeding each of your cells. Each morning I blend the following together in a blender: 2-6 tbsp. of yogurt 1-2 tbsp. of cottage cheese (optional) 1 tbsp. of freshly ground flax seeds (coffee grinder) 1 tbsp. of flax oil, virgin coconut oil, or olive oil (feel free to try fish oil) distilled water to thin to drinkable consistency (One user cautioned me about Flax as it caused her problems - please adjust according to your system. I'm not sure what sulfur product to use if you are lactose intolerant - sour kraut?) If you have done any health research you have undoubtedly read about the importance of oxygenating your body to eliminate disease - this appears to be doing a very good job of it. Over the last week I have produced far more waste than I have taken in. This can only be coming from the waste being cleaned out of my cells and my system. I am also starting to notice real and tangible health benefits beyond all of the other protocols I have been doing for the last many years. CAUTION: A clean liver and colon will process alcohol, vitamins, prescriptions, and food much more effectively. You will become drunk with far less alcohol and you may need to scale back on your vitamins and prescriptions. Please seek medical advice from your medical professional. For full disclosure I am also taking Sea Salt/Vitamin C, Olive Leaf Extract, Oregano Oil, and Iodine on a regular basis and Baking Soda, a Multi-Vitamin, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, and Selenium on an occasional basis.
