Guest guest
A friend was just telling me her teen-age daughter is allergic to many raw fruits and vegetables. Her throat will begin to swell after eating these. She is fine if the vegetables are steamed or cooked though. This sounded so odd to me - could this be candida? Is it possible for someone to improve their immune system enough so that they can eat raw vegetables again? What can I suggest for her daughter to eat to help her get better (immune, acne)? Would colostrum help in this instance? Whey maybe? Thank you, Tina
