Guest guest
Dan: Is it possible to make yoghurt from whey? The reason I ask is because I sneeze and have bronchitis like reaction to milk caseine. So I can't take milk based yoghurt. Technically why should it not be possible to make whey yoghurt? I mean what food will the culture need: Carbohydrate, or protein? For carbohydrate I can mix honey to whey and for protein, well, the whey itself is protein-rich. For culture source I wish to use L. acidophilus. I have already used this probiotic as culture to make yoghurt from milk successfully. Thanks.
