Guest guest
I am so confused on this whole yeast issue. I'm allergic to baker's yeast. This is not Candidiasis...correct? So my issue isn't so much what foods to avoid to get rid of internal yeast (although I probably should do that anyway) but instead, what foods can't I eat because I'm allegic to them because they have baker's yeast in them. Some foods list " yeast " in the ingredience but then I was reading Fenster's book and she lists foods that I had no idea contained yeast....but I don't know if she means baker's yeast or if it even matters. I'm just very confused on what foods to avoid that pertain particularly to baker;s yeast. Thanks ~Jill
