I have had this problem for years. Whenever I eat I get tired out and especially

after some low glycemic fruit. My head fogs up, my muscles can ache and I get

real tired. This can last for a few hours sometimes and I cannot really function

that well. I have followed a candida diet for months and just recently started

to reintroduce some low glycemic fruits and some starches. I have gotten too

thin on the candida and I am looking for a way to put on some weight.

I take tons of probiotics and recently started inulin-about two weeks ago. I

have been checked for candida, most recently by blood work and only a small

amount to none shows up. I dont get it. Is it a gut problem? If so, does anyone

have a suggestion for what I can do about it. I have had food allergy testing

and I avoid the foods for months and still no change. Recently, I had another

allergy test and the only fruit I had a sensitivity to was cherries. This is the

bane of my existence. Please help!! I love to eat and as a result of this I

can't enjoy anything I eat.
