It showed that I was severely low on zinc which explains in part why I feel like I am at deaths door and then also the severe yeast and bacteria overgrowth and other vitamin deficencies. Anyway, my question is, I have been searching for the best brand and type of zinc to take but so far no luck. One that probably is good had yeast in it which I will avoid hencefourth.
