Here's the proof: Probiotic bacteria, especially bifidobacteria, produce vinegar which naturally suppresses Candida, which can not tolerate acidity. Vinegar is acetic acid, stronger than lactic acid, both of which acidify the bowel contents against pathogen fluorish generally. " Nuff said!
