Guest guest Posted March 27, 2007 Report Share Posted March 27, 2007 Sorry Belinda I missed your post earlier -- on the oils, I hope you're taking high omega-3 EPA and DHA, wild salmon, wild fish or cod- liver oils and just didn't mention the oils supplement with your food oils. I think DHA and EPA oil is one of the most important supplements one can take. I agree cholesterol dicking in medicine is a myth; those who don't understand the truth is different from medical perception should look up The Oiling Of America by Enig, The Cholesterol Myths by Uffe Ravnskov, and the various writings by Matthias Rath M.D. Duncan > > I think the Spectrum I used is expellar pressed and it works for me.
