Does it matter WHICH Whey we choose? Would it be according to our level of

health if we chose a Whey with high or low Serum Albumin? Or high or low

Alpha-lactalbumin?

I have LOW CREATINE so not sure if that means Weak Kidneys or what.

So I want to choose a Whey that will be GENTLE on Kidney function.

Or does it even matter?

Thanks,

Bonnie

Bonnie, no, it doesn't matter which whey you choose, but you'll want a

cold-processed, undenatured one, so I've showed you how to tell them apart from

the manufacturer's information. Instructions on how to compare them are at the

bottom of my whey page:

For you, perhaps Dyna Whey by mail or by autoship is the best price for small

amounts in Canada: http://www.fortius.ca

all good,

Bonnie, the glutathione created by whey and selenium is the main support

moleculefor the kidneys, the second biggest user of this detox/antioxidant

molecule after the liver.

I doubt there is an undenatured whey that is not good for you even with your

weak kidneys :) ...what's more, the biggest killer of the elderly, kidney

failure due to fibrosis, can largely be prevented with this kind of therapy plus

other antioxidants. Seems the elderly have lower antioxidant intake for decades,

which results in disease.

Just follow the link to the sales company and call them up, Bonnie. The autoship

price is another $5 off and you get free shipping too! This is the whey I

normally buy at Superstore for about $10 more per 2 lb jar.

Bonnie, which amino acid is high, and why would that be a problem?? High

neurotransmitter?

I don't know if a whey isolate exists that has had the histidine removed.

Bonnie, you are high in histidine BEFORE taking any whey, so it's your system

that creates the excess. The whey will; only contribute .4 or .5 of a gram per

serving and that amount would not even skew a blood reading because your blood

is 5 pints! (then you can consider that the histidine would be lost or diluted

in tissue and lymph concentrations too)

Sorry Bonnie, I won't make the time. Perhaps someone else will, or you can

google it or get some biology textbook.
