What is everyone's experience with yougurt as far as contributing to

candida growth?

I am not lactose intolerant, but for years I have avoided eating

yougurt because it is dairy and all the candida literature says to

avoid dairy. Eating dairy I think does make my candida worse, and once

I start eating cheese, dairy based dressings and ice cream I binge.

However yougurt is a natural source of probiotics, and I'm wondering if

I should try eating perhaps one teaspoon plain yougurt once a day. I

really like plain yougurt and am not driven to binge on it.

Thanks.

I always seemed ok at first then go down hill. 5g of lactose in most

though, not good for most. Make them your self though and use up all

the lactose with a long fermentation. Should be fine
