I also tested posative for H-pylori (in addition to a ton of other bad

stuff). I REFUSE to take antibiotics and die, so my question is, there

MUST be some kind of a strong herb that will kill H-pylori plus other

bad bacteria???? How about high doses of the strongest ceyanne or

habenaro pepper extract? Or maybe Dr. Scultze's super tonic? Steph

Bonnie, whey is a much more concentrated source of protein than meat

so you can use whey as your only source of protein. A 6 oz steak has

about the equivalent amount of protein as one 30-gram scoop of whey

powder, so you're getting the equiv of a 12-oz steak with your daily

dose of whey, so it costs much less than meat, and the fact it has up

to twice the biological value as meat means it needs very little

digestion.

there would be no need to eat meat at all? Is there enough Protein in

the Whey alone?

No there's no product with the right amount of inulin,

undenatured whey and selenium in it. I eat the selenium tab with the

rest of my vitamins and mix my inulin into the whey.

As you sell products, I'm wondering if you might shed some light on this. I

ordered some supplements (things that you dont sell) from a site which has

supplied me with my order  in a  timely manner on the last two ocasions. This

time I ordered with my visa and thus paid for the product. I then wrote to the

vendor and was informed that she had run our of all the products I had ordered.

She later contacted me saying she had spent all day trying to source some

product but had no leads.

Is this likely to be because its a small company, she's going out of business or

because there have been a lot of orders  for these products?

Helen, sometimes apple cider vineger contains a lot of sugar. Sugar is

on the avoid list even when it has vinegar with it. Vinegar is a

specific feed for bowel lining cells; sugar is not.

Sorry, I can't speculate on other peoples' business, Helen.

Duncan:

I read somewhere that it is BETTER to take Inulin INSTEAD OF FOS, but my

container of Inulin says - FOS * INULIN.

So what did that mean?

Bonnie, a lot of people including the ones who write labels still don't

understand that FOS is a subset of inulins ranging from 3 to about 7 sugars

long, while inulin polymerization can be much longer still.

Native water extracted but otherwise unrefined inulin, which is what the product

you refer to probably is, contains about 3% FOS, about 10% sugar, the balance

being " long chain inulin " .

The group did well before Duncan and it will do fine without him.

We are all expendable!

FYI, I noticed Duncan is still on this group:

Like many I have been on this list for some considerable time. One of the

most valuable and helpful contributors has been Duncan, without any doubt

whatsoever. I have not really noticed him trying to sell (others certainly

have tried to sell!) but he can be a little too blunt and controversial at

times for some people. It is a pity some people are so sensitive to this

but then we have to remember that by definition those on this group are

unwell on the whole (except those, like Duncan, who offer their advice for

free) and therefore perhaps ultra sensitive.

I see the loss of Duncan as a significant loss to the group and those who

join from now. It is a pity we couldn't understand and accept his

character. We should remember it takes two (at least) to create an

argument.

Duncan, if you read this, many, many thanks for all your help, advise and

sensible suggestions.

Regards

Terry

Hi to All,

I am with Nieema on this. I am new to the group, but have felt no one could give

his/ her opinion because we were all wrong. Only Duncan was right, it was his

forum. I gave a few suggestions but felt " runned over " by his comments... What

Ive suggested is what my Dr. has taught me, and has worked well for me. So his

comments have not been 100% right, like some of you think. With him, I just read

and read feeling unsure to post anything....

Greetings to all
