Oh Libby,

I am so happy that you are doing so well, with everything. Your message is so great, I can't cut it off. I wanted everyone to read it again. The part about the 40 cake flowers gave me such a giggle.

You are just wonderful. I always love your messages. Thanks for the smile.

Dear Rashelle and Faiz,I think you are correct about not having the timing right. When I was"trying " LL before I got the tape I would get very out of breath. This seemed to be from the fact that I was not blowing out throughthe "straw" before the inhale and "pah". I have to say if I "pah"very hard sometimes I will cough but I figure that's a "good thing"(if you'll pardon the Martha you-know-who reference) to get thingscleaned out.Rashelle, you would be pleased to know I was finally able to kick thediet soda. I think this was because once I started the tapes anddoing things more correctly I began to really crave water. My cup oftea in the morning seems to be sufficient for avoiding the headache.I am going to make awedding cake for a friend later in April and she wants candiedviolets on her cake. I now have some blooming in my garden and Idutifully mixed up the meringue powder and began painting the mixtureon the little flowers standing at the kitchen counter. I was doing myLL breaths for just the regular abdominal lifts...one for eachflower, 40 flowers done...cake decorations, courtesy of Marthayou-know-who....body by Rashelle! Haha!Puh, everyone!Libby>

Sorry, Elaine, you won't be able to use those sweet, starchy, or otherwise

carbohydrate-rich foods while reversing your dysbiosis and candida.

What you need to realize is that many people who write candida guidelines are

unfamiliar with the facts. These include the fact that the pathogens and

candidas do very well on a high-carb diet, better than you do in fact.

Yes you can use lactose-free milk, and after you've been using inulin for awhile

and your gut biology is correct again you'll find lactose intolerance becomes

absent too, as you become able to use more carbs generally.

Elaine, try some dried coconut that is not shredded and mixed with

confectioner's sugar.

The result you'll get with tomatoes will vary with tomato type, ripeness, and

sugar content.
