Guest guest
The D-mannose I had came with a dosing schedule for current problems, followed by a " maintenance " schedule, presumably for longterm prevention. sol kiki_anne65 wrote: > I have had chronic bladder infections and am wondering if you can > take the D-Mannose all the time as a preventative. > >
Guest guest
The bottle of D-mannose I bought last week, only gave directions to take (2) 1000mg capsules a day for maintenance use. There was no dosing schedule for a current problem, so I took (2) capsules every two to three hours until I felt some release from my pain. And then I dropped down to (2) a day until the bottle is gone. Guest guest
I believe you can. I took cranberry caps as a preventative for years. I have since found, though that my UTI's were either due to candida, or low estrogen (or both?)
