Guest guest
Keep us posted on how things turn out. I ordered inulin yesterday and should have it by the end of the week. I have whey and selenium that I will take with it daily. I don't really have any health problems, so I'm eager to see if there is any noticeable difference. Good luck, Buddy On 10/30/07, dw712207 <afn4990@...> wrote: > > > My Source Naturals True Whey finally arrived yesterday after being on > back order for at least a month. Guest guest
, wellness is something you usually don't notice unless you're good at taking stock and writing it down, but go ahead. The selenium will kill you at that dose; 400 mcg is probably what you're doing Duncan > > > My Source Naturals True Whey finally arrived yesterday after being on > back order for at least a month. Guest guest
Buddy, I'm glad you're doing prevention. You probably won't directly notice any of the benefits of bowel health maintenance, but reduced occurences of stuff like colon cancer sound good on anybody Duncan > > > > > > My Source Naturals True Whey finally arrived yesterday after being on > > back order for at least a month. Guest guest
I will keep you all posted of any noticeable differences. Duncan, thanks for pointing out the error re: the Selenium dosage. You are correct. I am taking 400 mcg daily (not 400 mg). Is this whey protein+inulin+Se protocol something that people are on for life? Thanks, > > > > > > My Source Naturals True Whey finally arrived yesterday after being on > > back order for at least a month. Guest guest
, after you are well you can decide whether to keep using whey and selenium as an anti-aging tool. When you aren't in a disease state you don't need as much glutathione, but certainly it will help you forever, and the alternative, not stopping cellular damage that can easily be stopped, is hardly the proactive health OR anti-aging approach you need. Guest guest
Oh, that would be real easy to fix, then. The whey seems to melt fat off people in just a few weeks and firms up the fascia layer too. Exercising will only make it better. Guest guest
Sounds good Buddy, but cod liver oil or some other DHA/EPA-heavy oil should replace the flax oil. Flax oil only yields marginal amounts of essential DHA and EPA through the tiny fraction of linolenic acid, a so-called " essential " oil, that is converted; linolenic acid has no other biological role in the body, and in fact it's not even essential if EPA and DHA are present. This is explained a bit more in my Budwig Diet revision: http://members.shaw.ca/duncancrow/Budwig-diet-revision.html Duncan > > Sounds good. Guest guest
Buddy all of the properties of ALA are derived after its tiny conversion to EPA/DHA though. ALA is not used anywhere in the body as ALA itself, not in the cells or in cell wall construction, so it's a supplement that you only HOPE is beneficial. To me, that's not enough, but whatever. The balance of flax oil of course counts toward inflammatory omega-6 load so should be calculated in. Cholesterol levels are meaningless with regard to health or heart disease so I won't bother to address that topic at all. Duncan > > > > > > Sounds good.
