Guest guest
Hi, It is confusing. It could be hunger pangs (Low sugar) or it could be high sugar. Try & get hold of a glucometer from friends/relatives. Measure blood sugar when you wake up, & decide, low or high. Act accordingly. ===================================== alas _va wrote: > http://www.essic.eu/pubmed_confusablediseases_index.html > > > candidiasis@...: sunny_b@...: Wed, 19 Dec 2007 23:27:51 +0000Subject: Waking up at 3 o'clock at night > > > > > I get up every night between 3 and 4 with an urge to go to the bathroom and then I can't fall asleep for hours. Guest guest
There is a correlation between middle of the night hypoglycemia and cortisol dropping too low. In fact, some people are using glucometers to make sure they aren't taking too much supplemental HC. So morning fasting glucose measurements can serve more than one purpose. sol medmidas wrote: > It is confusing. > It could be hunger pangs (Low sugar) > or it could be high sugar. > > Try & get hold of a glucometer from friends/relatives. > Measure blood sugar when you wake up, & decide, low or high. > Act accordingly. >

I took licorice for a while but now I can't take it I feel sick. So any suggestions please...... ALso, my thyroid is sluggish(hypo) and I have been taking levo for that. Thanks in advance!!!! Guest guest
Bonnie, It sounds like you are off of Levo. How did you get off of thyroid medication? I don't know anything about coconut oil except it is loaded with saturated fat....... Any insight would really educate me. Thanks in advance!!! Guest guest
Coconut oil is an antifungal and mosturises the skin from within; I'm looking younger since I've been taking it. > > > > It is confusing. > > > > It could be hunger pangs (Low sugar) > > > > or it could be high sugar. > > > > > > > > Try & get hold of a glucometer from friends/relatives. > > > > Measure blood sugar when you wake up, & decide, low or high. > > > > Act accordingly. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >
