Guest guest
Dear , Adding oatmeal to your bath will be soothing also...Grind it up and put it in a thin old sock or other thin piece of material and gently dab it on your affected skin. The sock is to keep it from clogging your drains! A Vitamin C wash is also helpful and soothing for between baths - or fresh aloe gel is also soothing. And, believe it or not, straight lavender or peppermint oil is amazingly effective to stop the itch. Sounds like you are having a severe purge of candida - or something. I have had this twice in the past 5 years - I know you are suffering, and I am so sorry. Praying for you today... It is likely because your liver has been overtaxed, and whatever needs to be processed is now coming to the skin surface, the body's largest detoxing organ. This will not last forever. The worst of mine lasted a few weeks the first outbreak, but the second one took over a year to completely resolve. I believe that mine were due to sugar overload, leading to candida overgrowth that my liver just could not handle. I also had some bad growths in my gut - big, nasty-looking white wormy thingys that came out after a round of Activia last year. Since then, I feel better than ever, and have only a few very small spots that itch I know you feel bad, and it can be scary, too. Just try to relax and know that there is an end to this kind of severe event. Stay on a clean diet - lots of fresh, live foods, and no sugar or processed foods. And just treat your skin with these suggestions until it heals. Hang in there...maryjo ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile.
