If so you may want to avoid eating until after your workout so the blood from your body can flow through your limbs. . ..if you are eating before, the blood that should be going to your gut for digestion is instead going to your limbs and resulting in digestive problems. exercise/oxygen I'm wondering if anyone gets a flare-up of symptoms when they exercise. I wasn't exercising for a couple of years due to a back problem. Lately, when I do get some aerobic exercise, I get major gas issues which keep me awake at night (not good).
