Wow. I cannot believe how this became such a big

issue.

Duncan does help us all here. See it from whatever

point you want but if you are all honest we get the

majority of our valuable information from him.

We then can choose to take it or not. I have found in

the past few days that researching it myself based on

the links he has provided has been very beneficial.

For that I thank you duncan and the group also.

We are all here to learn and try to heal. It seems to

me some of us have personal issues that maybe cant be

healed in this forum.

Thank you duncan for explaining to me time and again

the values of whey. Its not rain fog that prevented

me from proceeding but rather my need to understand

the difference, which i got in my own way by

researching until it was clear.
