Guest guest
Hi Bob, do you know which of the liver enzymes is elevated? If it is the gamma, it can be a few things, but if the others are ok it is not bad as a rule. Alcohol can cause the gamma enzyme to be raised, but also a condition (which I have) which is some kind of syndrome which I can't remember the name of. Usually, an elevated gamma enzyme means that the liver is irritated in some way. You could try milk thistle as this is a good liver detoxifier. Dee PS mine was 188 -- Help, I have lots for fear about her possible Heb C or Cancer! My girlfriend who is a precious person had a liver enzyme count that as 96 and at the end of last week was tested to Hepatitis, A, B and C and she was also given a liver ultrasound to look at her liver. We are supposed to find out what is up today. What I do know is that even at the worse we can work on it with this diet and more, but I would like to hear that from others. I will let you all know as soon as we get tests back! ---------------------------------

Guest guest
That's the very thing Bonnie. They diagnosed me with it a few years ago when my gamma enzyme count was 188 even though I assured them I didn't drink alcohol at all (took a bit of persuading them) but when they decided it was Gilbert's Syndrome, they stopped giving me old fashioned looks! Thanks for that Bonnie. Dee -- Re: Help, I have lots for fear about her possible Heb C or Cancer! Dee, do you mean Gilbert's Syndrome? Guest guest
Well, looking at you when you deny something as if you are lying! This is an old fashioned English saying from my mothers generation. Dee -- Re: Help, I have lots for fear about her possible Heb C or Cancer! Glad I could help but what are old-fashioned looks? Guest guest
Turns out she has Hep A, which is not all that bad considering what she could have had. Guest guest
Bob, many people on the jovo group (a heppers group) are on a diet very similar to this one and using undenatured whey, selenium, other supplements, and Transfer Factor. All these and more are mentioned on our protocol for bowel disease and all of it is supported my medical literature: candidiasis/message/53369 Duncan Crow http://members.shaw.ca/duncancrow > > My girlfriend who is a precious person had a liver enzyme count that as 96 and at the end of last week was tested to Hepatitis, A, B and C and she was also given a liver ultrasound to look at her liver.
