Guest guest
Sol, yes, the bowel ecology is fairly resilient so one can usually incorporate more carbs as they get better. Not that it's very healthy though; there's still the matter of immune response reducing by up to half, and fat storage increasing while lean tissue growth reduces, for about five hours with each high-carb snack or meal. PLUS the advanced glycation end-products issue. Guest guest
Suren, yeast is a good b-vitamin and amino acid source. I doubt it's even nearly as good for you as zucchini though. Guest guest
Why do you have to keep showing that I said it was ok to eat 1 for toast in morning? Does Duncan keep saying this over and over. Please have respect for me and take it off. I am sure every one has read it many times over. Thank-you , Sharon Re: Questions for Duncan, Please!! > Suren, yeast is a good b-vitamin and amino acid source.
