Sol, yes, the bowel ecology is fairly resilient so one can usually

incorporate more carbs as they get better. Not that it's very healthy

though; there's still the matter of immune response reducing by up to

half, and fat storage increasing while lean tissue growth reduces, for

about five hours with each high-carb snack or meal. PLUS the advanced

glycation end-products issue.

Suren, yeast is a good b-vitamin and amino acid source. I doubt it's

even nearly as good for you as zucchini though.

Why do you have to keep showing that I said it was ok to eat 1 for toast in

morning?

Does Duncan keep saying this over and over. Please have respect for me and

take it off.
