Magnesium Stearate - Anticaking Agent, Binder, Drying Agent,

Emulsifier, Filler, Foaming Agent, Plasticizer, Whipping Agent

I would stay away from it. I'm sure Duncan will disagree with that

statement because he sells products that has it in it.

Carol, magensium stearate can be seen as a healthy additive because

you use both the stearic acid AND the magnesium. This information has

nothing to do with whether it's in any supplement or not, or whether

it can be used for anti-caking or not
