Rotating Anti-Fungual Remedies Periodically

I've read that it's best to rotate anti-funguals when treating candida,

because canida develops immunity if you use the same one too long. I

was wondering how often you rotate these remedies. Can we use them for

a couple of weeks before switching?

Also, I was wondering, if you've used something for a long time and

feel that the candida might be immune to it, can you go back to it

after a staying away for a few weeks? In other words, if the candida

becomes immune to a remedy, will it lose that remedy in time?
