Awful candida

I haven't participated in this group for a very long

time. There are so few people in the outside world

who understand. I don't feel like explaining about it

all the time, and it's useless to talk about it.

I am very poor. My only income is social security.

In a few weeks I will no longer be able to afford to

buy supplements. How in the world does one heal from

candida without supplements?

I have 3 dominant symptoms that are really affecting

my physical life.

1. My unhealthy gi tract causes painful neuropathy in

my injured right leg and knee preventing me from

walking sometimes.

2. I have been experiencing strong head pressure for

a week. my forehead, top of my head, temples and back

of my head feel like they are in a vice of pressure

which causes me to be dizzy and affects my ability to

think. It also prevents me from going outside to food

shop, do other errands and walk to my church.

3. My constipation is very bad. I relied on vitamin

C and magnesium to keep my bms going but I won't be

able to afford to buy them anymore.

I recently started to drink a macrobiotic tea called

twig tea, and I'm wondering if it is causing my head

pressure; it is helping to move my bms.

I am also a compulsive overeater and that contributes

to my candida. I'm experiencing a lot of upheaval in

my life. My eating is very clean but I can't

completely stop the coe; I overeat for emotional

reasons. Recently my eating has been clean during the

week. I ate a small box of wheat thins this weekend,

pita bread and hummus, and 2 crossaints.

I am open to dialogue.

Have people healed candida or at least improved it

with food only? What are safe remedies for helping

constipation?

That's it for now. I have a lot more to talk about.

Thank you and blessings

Pythia
