dosage of magnesium malate (malic acid) prior to liver flush?

I've been searching for a reccommended dosage; all I've found are a few curezone

posts

where people have stated what they've taken; one person took 2000mg first thing

in the

morning for several days before, another had a reccommendation of 1500mg in 7

split

dosages. Your opinions?
