Just a little. I cured my hemorrhoid with it. A friend sent me the info about

where to rub, and in just a few days it was gone. I'd had it for 26 years, and

have been hemorrhoid free for 2 years! I also use reflexology for bladder pain,

stomachache, and headaches. I need to buy a book about it so I can use it more!

It works!

I've gone to three different foot reflexologists and it was always

helpful in balancing the body and getting energy flowiing. I learned

to communicate if they cranked on a tender area which was associated

with an area on my body that had blocked energy because it can be

painful. I found it to be resonably price and worthwhile. You can

also get a chart and work certain areas for yourself, which is

convenient.

i had two sessions this week in foot reflexology. I

found it relaxing and am hopeing it helps move energy.

I am also doing reiki treatments weekly.

I will keep you posted as to the results as time goes

on.
