tightness in lower back and anus

hi there,

can anyone help?

I have been experiencing a tightness and soreness around my tail bone and anus

since

beginning my cleanse 3 weeks ago.

The reason i am cleansing is because for 10 years now i have chronic pain around

my left

testicle and lower back. i am of the understanding that it may well be parasite

related.

I wonder if anyone has heard of any of these symptoms in relation to candida

etc?

it feels like there is a tight fist squeezing my tail bone.
