Inulin overdose?

I've looked but can't find info on it...

How much inulin can I take everyday [over a long period]?

I have been taking about 2-3 tablespoons per day with no bowel issues.

In fact, my Crohn's has MAJORLY improved!

BUT I have noticed that I am REALLY tired and have swelling in my

neck. I feel and look as if I am REALLY ill. This started about 3

months ago [when I started the inulin and pro-biotics].

Blood test show OK for all the typical suspects.

Any relation? Could this be candida die-off?

If it is.... OMG this is bad!

I haven't had a full 40 hour work week in 2 1/2 months.

Inulin is a non-toxic food found in plants that don't store their

energy as starch or sugar. It's estimated that Austalian Aborigines

got between 200 and 300 grams, about 9 ounces daily, all their lives

through use of Murnong root as staple food.

Sorry I can't comment on your neck swelling. Where is it exactly, in

the lymph or the thyroid area?
