Guest guest
Theresa, I also have Fibromyalgia. A few things that may help - chiropractic adjustment, massage, or acupuncture. Take care, Beth Stiffness Real bad in my left Shoulder I have had stiffness in my left shoulder that was even worse then it is now years ago when I had Chronic Fatigue real bad and had Epstein Barr disease. I use to be at the point where I could not even move my left shoulder or arm. I use to hold it like it was broken and in a sling. Now since I had pneumonia my left side and shoulder has been very stiff on me. I get the stiffness from the top of my shoulder down the left side of my chest and my arm get stiff too sometimes. I would like to know if there is anything I can do for this. If I try to strech my arm around or if I can get my husband to massage my shoulder some that will help some too. Does anyone else get these problems and if so what do you do for it. I do also have Fibromyalgia and I know that can be part of my problems too. Thanks so much Theresa
