Guest guest
I think the comment that drinking coffee increases candida is another candida myth, probably based on a test tube experiment in which proliferation of candida increased when they added caffeine. Nonetheless, we do coffee enemas without incident. Coffee you drink probably won't hit the dose used in the research before it dissipates, and the caffeine is very quickly absorbed so most of the candida won't get the stimulus. Guest guest
I want to point out, because of like curiousity, that the question more specifically seemed to refer to actual probiotic dosing in relation to coffee intake. Is there a certain amount of time that should be placed between a cup of coffee and a probiotic supplement? Personally, with all the antbacterials I am using, I have no idea when to take probiotics without the fear of killing them before they even get to the intestine. I assume prebiotics are enough as duncan says? greg
