I am so in need of support......I am in a lot of pain these days, it is so bad. It is ironic that I always thought if I could get rid of the head thing the pain I could live with now I am getting rid of the head thing the pain is awful. When will it end?Oh well, hanging tough as always.

I'm sorry you're having so much pain. Where is the pain? Is it all the time? Tell us more about it. Sending healing hugs your way. Jackie

Hi ,

None of this ever goes away forever, considering my 7-year experience. You simply have to accept the fact that you will have several good days, the a day or 2, that's not so great. Hundreds of thousands of us have to deal with our lives this way, and you might as well accept it! You must simply 'chalk it up to, this is the price you paid , for trying to make your body into something it was never intended to be"!

Please, let it go........, and get on with your life!

We love you, and will help in any way we can, yet, now it's time to 'let go'!

Much love,

Thanks Kay, the pain is mainly where it has been for a year and a

half now, hands and feet, but today it is better, I am just up and

down. I had a great Easter though, as far as my head goes, felt good

to not feel spaced out.

Thanks Kay

Martha I know your being realiztic with your experience, however I do

believe that we can get well, I am going to beat this thing, I am a

fighter and I got up and did a nice 6 mile walk Sat and Sun and my

pain is substantially reduced. I don't think that it is something we

accept, it is something we deal with, but I will fight and try to

overcome. Compared to last year I have at least 10-15 good days a

month, last year I had none, so that is a big time improvement.

Thanks, godbless you

Hi ,

I hope you are not in as much pain now. I never had the pain, but I do

have the head thing and it is still here. I just keep hoping it is some

kind of healing crisis and that it is the " storm before the calm " . I was

feeling so good before, and now I am having a hard time.

Have you checked out the supplement Super Malic Acid? There is an article

on Dr. Kolb's website about it here:

http://www.plastikos.com/art-sprmalic.htm

It is supposed to help with fibromyalgia pain.

I also started taking Transfer Factor Plus. Dr. Kolb has an article on that

supplement on her website as well. I am hoping it will help with these

feelings of inflammation in my head. That is what it feels like.

I know this sucks. But, we will beat it. We have the power in us, and the

faith to pull us through. That is what keeps me going, anyway.

Take care, and let us know when you get moved!

Patty

I am actually doing better right now, but I don't seem to get much

results from the malic acid or the msm I had been on them for the

last 4 months with no real improvement. I feel confident I do not

have fibromyalgia, and fear I have lupus, but if I do have lupus I am

thinking it might be more like drug induced lupus, therefore it will

ease up when the ANA goes down, which I know it will. I am taking the

noni juice and eating a low proteing diet and mostly raw food etc

seeing how that goes.

People with lupus do get the inflammation in the brain so that could

be similiar to our head thing, but my head thing has really improved,

the pain thing is still lingering. Blah
