Sorry to hear you've been so icky... Sounds like your immune system needs a

bit of help. Not sure what else to suggest besides what you're already

doing - but be sure to get some zinc!!

To clear your sinuses, the BEST remedy is to dissolve salt in warm water and

snort it and let it drain out - do this in small 'snorts' with a full glass

of water (I just put a bit in the palm of my hand and snort it from there).

The saltier the better (but it will burn a bit, so start with a small

amount, say a teaspoon in 1 glass, and add a bit more if you can tolerate

it).. Some people also put a bit of baking soda in the water with the salt.

Also if you can stand it, tilt your head back a bit after you get some salt

water in your nose -so that it goes deep into your sinuses, and then let it

drain out after a few seconds.

I've had bronchitis before - it's really nasty and hurts like hell, and I

get flu-like aching all over from that as well. If it doesnt' get better in

a few days, I would suggest going to see a doctor, otherwise it could get

more serious.

Hope you're feeling better already!!

If this has been addressed, forgive me. but I suggest a Neti pot. You don't have

to snort the water - you just pour it through. And the salt should be about 1/4

tsp per half cup (I think) High concentrations of salt are not particularly good

if you get it in your lungs. And I have been inhaling the vapors of 3 oils

Cinnamon leaf, clove bud and thyme oil when needed for two years and have

avoided any further bronchitis, as well as any other respiratory infections. Woo

hoo! Liz

Asli:

Dr. Fife said to put some Coconut Oil in your nose and lie down with your head

hanging over the edge. The oil will work it's way into your Sinuses and he says,

everything will run out.

Also one tablespoon of VCO in warm orange juice 3 times daily and by the 3rd day

it should be gone.
