Hi, . I don't remember exactly how long before I noticed

improvement in my sinuses but I think it was only 2-3 weeks. I don't

know about the yeast settling in the sinuses - I don't understand it

all myself :). Either it was caused by the candida or maybe

allergies to foods I am no longer eating? However, I used to get

terrible sinus type headaches just about every time I would be

working out in the yard/gardens too. Now I don't experience that

anymore either. I just know that the diet alone has helped a number

of physical ailments I was having. Hope your sinuses get better on

the diet too.
