Guest guest
Hi, . I don't remember exactly how long before I noticed improvement in my sinuses but I think it was only 2-3 weeks. I don't know about the yeast settling in the sinuses - I don't understand it all myself . Either it was caused by the candida or maybe allergies to foods I am no longer eating? However, I used to get terrible sinus type headaches just about every time I would be working out in the yard/gardens too. Now I don't experience that anymore either. I just know that the diet alone has helped a number of physical ailments I was having. Hope your sinuses get better on the diet too. Good luck.
